Ingredients

  • 1–2 teaspoons powdered Agrimony leaves or 3 teaspoons crushed fresh leaves
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Raw honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Steep the Agrimony leaves in boiling water for 5–10 minutes.
  1. Cool and strain.
  2. Drink one cup, three times daily.
