Ingredients

  • Boiled Water.
  • Food grade Glycerin.

Instructions

    Prepare the Herbs:

  • Chop agrimony leaves, flowers, or stems into small pieces.

Fill the Jar:

  • Place the chopped herbs in the jar, filling it halfway. Avoid compressing the herbs; let them settle naturally.

Add Boiled Water and Glycerin:

  • Pour a small amount of boiled water into the jar to moisten the herbs.
  • Fill the remaining space with food-grade glycerin, ensuring the herbs are fully covered.

Seal and Store:

  • Seal the jar tightly and place it in a warm location.
  • Let the mixture steep for 4 to 6 weeks.

Shake Regularly:

  • Shake the jar daily to mix the ingredients thoroughly and improve extraction.

Strain and Store:

  • After 4–6 weeks, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Transfer the glycerite to a clean, airtight jar or bottle and store it in a cool, dark place.
